Refund policy

Eligibility

Self-paced Field Notebook enrollments may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase if less than 20% of module content has been accessed. Engagement Desk seats may request a full refund within 7 days if no live lab or memo review slot has been used.

Timeframe

Refund requests must be emailed to contact@cloudapiautomate.digital within the eligibility window, including your full name, enrollment email, program name, and purchase date.

Full and partial refunds

Within the window and conditions above, we issue a full refund. After the window, partial refunds may be offered at our discretion if a documented technical failure prevented access for more than five consecutive days and we could not restore access.

Non-refundable items

• Practice Atelier custom cohort fees after facilitation dates are confirmed
• Completed memo reviews and attended live labs
• Third-party exam or software fees paid to other vendors

Refund process

We confirm receipt within two business days, verify access logs against eligibility rules, and notify you of the decision. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method when available.

Processing time

Once approved, refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Refund method

Refunds return to the original payment method. Wire payments may be refunded by wire to the originating account; bank fees charged by intermediaries are not reimbursed.

Cancellation

You may cancel future live sessions according to the schedule in your enrollment confirmation. Cancellation of a live seat after the refund window does not automatically create a partial refund unless we cancel the session.

Exceptions

Mandatory consumer protections under Korean law apply where relevant. If a course is permanently discontinued before you receive reasonable access, we will offer a transfer to a comparable program or a full refund of unused fees.
